Primary Review

Dear Parent / Carer

PRIMARY REVIEW

I am writing to give you advance warning of the consultation meeting that has been planned as part of the Primary Review. The meeting will take place as indicated below:

Thomas Hepburn School, on Monday 5th December 2005 at 6.30 – 8.00pm.

Your child will bring home a copy of the consultation booklet in the near future.

I would be most grateful if you would use the tear-off slip (on attached file) to let us know if you will be attending so that we can give expected numbers to Thomas Hepburn for safety reasons.

Yours sincerely

Mrs A Burton
Head Teacher
