We moved to Colegate school in September 2007, and have settled into our new classroom!

Our topic for Spring is International.We are looking at India and comparing it to Great Britain. We have found both countries on a world map and have made a simple key.In Literacy we are looking up facts about India and will be reading some stories written by Indian authors. We have had a visiting Indian teacher. We are making Indian patterns in Art and listening to Indian music. We may even try some Indian dance movements.In Science we are looking at materials and their properties. We will be doing investigations into which fabrics let water through quickest.We are collecting data and sorting it in Maths.
